Damola Curtis is a former freelance journalist who started out writing poetry and ended up writing fiction. She was a member of a writing group in Boston for two years, which helped her come out of her shell and realize that she might be good at writing outside of journalism. She is a Starbucks gold card member and has worn many hats for different jobs.
