Called to Peace

Now may the Lord of Peace Himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with all of you.  2 Thessalonians 3:16 NIV

I approached this bird, regarded as savage, very hesitantly. But it loved me. I stood there and said, “Hello, beautiful. It’s a beautiful morning.”

And each day is a beautiful morning. We should practice saying this every day. Feeding our pets and wild birds calls us to peace, and we wish the whole world could cohabitate the same way. We are all God’s creations, one way or another.

Now that I am a pet-free elderly woman, I can sit and read my Bible. I read this text about peace: Now may the Lord of Peace Himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with all of you. To me, this verse calls us all to live in peace, aiming to spread peace in every nation.

We all need equilibrium in our days. The Lord Jesus is with us all. Therefore, we can appreciate beautiful days and show gratitude for peace in every way. Personally, I do not know how to force diplomatic leaders to stop bombing other nations and habitats.

Our hope and prayers for the beauty of peace probably lie in our young people, the leaders of our tomorrow. Let’s pray that people can collaborate to rebuild our global positive practices. Don’t turn back. We can all stop complaining and build up our families, churches, and world.

Jesus is with us in all ways, giving us a beautiful today and tomorrow. Enjoy God’s beautiful world.
